All your resources, organized
in one searchable library.

Upload videos, PDFs, audio, articles, and embeds. Organize them into categories. Control who can access each item β€” and sell any resource as a standalone digital product.

Content Library

Upload any content type. Organize it. Control who sees it.

Every resource type your program produces β€” all organized in a single library your members can browse and search.

  • Five content types β€” all in one library

Upload video, audio, PDF, or article content directly. Or embed anything with a link or embed code β€” external tools, third-party content, or anything with an iframe.

  • Categories to organize. Filters to browse.

Create categories to group related resources into named sections β€” Replays, Frameworks, Workbooks, Templates. Members can also filter across the entire library by content format β€” videos only, PDFs only, audio only.

  • See exactly who has accessed each resource

Every library item tracks which members have accessed it β€” so you know who's engaging with your content and who hasn't opened it yet

  • Sell any resource as a standalone digital product.

Set a one-time price on any library item. Members pay once and get permanent access β€” no subscription required. Multiple pricing options per item are supported, so you can offer different tiers or bundles.

  • Lock screens for resources members can't access yet.

When a member tries to access a resource they don't have permission for, they see a lock screen instead of the content. Customize the message, show an upgrade prompt, or redirect them to an external URL.

FAQs

You can add videos, audio files, PDFs, articles, and embedded content. Embeds let you pull in anything from an external platform β€” Loom recordings, Google Slides, Notion pages, Airtable bases, Typeform surveys, and more β€” using an embed code or link.

Categories are how you organize content into named sections β€” for example, "Replays," "Templates," or "Guides." You create and name them yourself. Filters are automatically generated based on content format β€” Video, Audio, PDF, Article, Embed β€” and let members sort the library by type. Categories are for structure; filters are for format.

Yes. Set any library item's access level to One-Time Fee and its visibility to Public. Non-members will be able to find the item and purchase it without joining your community first. Checkout happens inside GroupApp, and access is granted automatically after payment.

They see a lock screen β€” a customizable message you control. You can write your own instructions, add a button with a label and link, or redirect them straight to a checkout or plan page. You can also leave the lock screen off entirely and let access rules handle it silently.

Yes. Each item in your library has its own independent access level β€” Free, Paid Members, One-Time Fee, By Plan, or By Segment. You can have a free resource sitting next to a paid download in the same library, and each one enforces its own rules separately.ξ–ξ€»ξƒξƒ»ξƒΉξƒŽ
